In our last office lunch (SLAW - Share Lunch at work), we decided to do things differently.
Instead of eating heavy lunches and desserts, we agreed to eat smart (replace desserts with fruits) and walk. Here is how we divided our lunch hour.
- Eat Smart - 20 Minutes
- Walk - 35 Minutes.
Today was the first day we tried this and it feels great. Its refreshing to leave office for a few minutes, walk. Refreshes mind and good for our health. Spa was unable to join but myself along with Cash and Mr X were able to eat and go for a walk around Central Park.
