Episode 31: Bad Eating Habits - Mr.X's Turkey Sausage and Rice, Spa Confesses Big Time, Cruz Oops and Cash Proposed Fruit

What an exciting SLAW.  From dieting, eating healthy, exercising, guilty pleasures to sausages and chocolates, we talked about everything.
To start with, I broke SLAW Law and didn't participate.  Mr. X was forgiving.  
Than I talked too much & had one too many oops.  Spa was forgiving.
Mr X brought
- Rice with Turkey Sausage and Chicken Drumsticks
- Dessert with toffee on top. (I asked Mr X to share the name, as of right now, no response.  Maybe he is not so forgiving after all)
- Protein Shake (For me)
After shaking my protein shake, we all began our office lunch and started talking about junk food.  I shared that potato chips are my weakness and I am recently craving Terra ChipsCash shared that he is not a junk foodie, neither likes to snack.  His weakness - he is a  "Volume Eater".  Spa opened up and shared that she has been eating a candy bar almost every night.  Her downfall - Ritter Sport Chocolate Bar (sometimes she even have them delivered straight to her place) [enter gasp here]
Between potato chips, volume eating and late night candy bar devouring, 75% of team SLAW is on the wrong track.  By the time we finished our discussion, most of the food around us was gone as well....
Starting next week, Office Lunch or SLAW will be different.
No more Desserts.  
Instead Cash proposed that we bring fruits.  
3 Aye - Cruz, Cash and Mr X
1 Nay - Spa
Motion was passed to have fruits instead of Desserts. 
20 Min Eating, 40 Min Walking during SLAW.
Spa started this motion and everyone agreed.  Cash recommended not to power-walk during SLAW, so we are not sweaty or sticky for the rest of the day.


We will Succeed.  Go Team SLAW.
